Our design team produces detailed plans tailored to your project — floor plans, elevations, material selections, and 3D renderings where helpful. You'll see exactly what your project will look like before we touch a hammer. We iterate until you're confident in every detail.

You receive a line-item estimate that shows exactly where every dollar goes. No lump sums, no hidden allowances. We walk through the estimate together so you understand what's included, what's optional, and where the flexibility is. You'll never wonder what you're paying for.

We prepare and submit all permit applications — structural, electrical, plumbing, mechanical. We know the permitting teams in St. Johns, Duval, and Flagler counties and submit complete packages that minimize revision requests and delays.

Our crews work in logical sequence — demolition, rough work, systems, finishes — with daily cleanup and weekly progress updates. You'll always know what's happening, what's next, and whether we're on schedule. Jay is on-site regularly and available by phone daily.

We walk through the completed project together, room by room, detail by detail. Any punch list items are documented and addressed within days — not weeks. We don't consider the job done until every detail meets your expectations and ours.
