Jay Wilson

Jay Wilson is a builder by trade and a visionary by instinct. Grounded in military values, he brings discipline, precision, and accountability into every aspect of his work. He entered the construction industry in 2006 through brick and stone masonry, where he learned early that the best work isn't rushed—and what's built right should last.

Over the years, his experience has grown to include complex residential projects, storm restoration, and work for notable clients ranging from local homeowners to professional athletes and public figures. Jay has spent his career learning alongside some of the industry's most respected commercial contractors and custom home builders, shaping a balanced approach that values both craftsmanship and collaboration. No matter the scale, each project receives the same level of attention, care, and intention.

Now based in Northeast Florida, Jay leads Wilson & Co. with a design-build mindset, bringing together architects, engineers, interior designers, and clients into a seamless, collaborative process. Known for seeing the full picture before it's drawn, he approaches every project with a clear standard: Designed to Build. Built to Last.

At the heart of it all is family. Jay is building more than homes—he's building a legacy. His sons, Payden and Landon, share his passion for construction and hope to one day be part of the company's future, carrying forward the values, standards, and integrity that define Wilson & Co.
